It has been submitted that the petitioner has already been granted bail by this court vide order dated 18-06-2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17294 of 2019 with a direction that "petitioner be released on bail after completion of nine months in custody". It has further been submitted that due to inadvertent mistake, the present application i.e. second bail application has been filed. The petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this application filed in connection with Ekangarsarai P.S. Case No. 219 of 2018 is dismissed as withdrawn.
