1. The learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 18.02.2020, passed in C.W.J.C. No.1015 of 2020, the Municipal Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Munger has already passed a reasoned order dated 09.09.2020, rejecting the representation of the petitioner.

2. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge
