The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 241 of 2017 registered under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail was rejected twice vide orders dated 13.08.2018 and 24.02.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46720 of 2018 and Cr. Misc. No. 27833 of 2021 respectively.

Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioner by contending that earlier on merit prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45027 of 2022(6) dt.09-11-2022 2/2 was rejected twice. In the present case, there is no fresh ground to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission advanced on behalf of the State, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner is rejected. (Arvind Srivastava, J) shailendra/- U T
