This is an application for regular bail in connection with Kajraili P. S. case no. 23 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 448, 323, 341, 149, 324, 325, 307, 302 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against petitioner is of causing two injuries to the informant of which injury no. 1 has been fracture of Ulna bone of right hand and injury no. 2 is simple in nature. Petitioner is in jail custody since 07.06.2017 and he has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57971 of 2017(3) dt.11-01-2018 2/21 the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl Chief Judicial Magistrate-XIV, Bhagalpur, in connection with Kajraili P. S. Case no. 23 of 2017.
