JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-03-2021 The present petition has been filed for grant of arms license to the petitioner who has applied for grant of the same vide his application dated 06.06.2009.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the police officials have also recommended the case of the petitioner for grant of arms license, however, he submits that the District Magistrate, Madhepura be directed to consider the case of the petitioner for grant of arms license, in accordance with law, within a stipulated time frame.
