2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. 25 liters of country-made liquor has been recovered from the bag kept near railway track.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of petitioner and has been implicated in this case only on suspicion. As per paragraph - 3, petitioner has got two criminal antecedents of similar nature.
