The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 175 of 2017, a case under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of dacoity is against un-known. The petitioner is in custody since 21.08.2017. However, he was never put on T.I. parade.

Submission is that a mobile set is said to have been recovered from the petitioner. However, the same was never put on T.I. parade. The investigation is complete now. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63039 of 2017 (3) dt.21-02-2018 2/2 named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Bhargama Police Station Case No. 175 of 2017 with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
