The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case no. 22 of 2018, registered under Section 498(A), 379, 341, 323 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the joint prayer of the parties, the matter was referred to District Mediation Centre, Nawada for settlement of dispute between the petitioner and O.P. No.2, who are husband and wife. Further submission is that the dispute between the parties has been resolved through the process of mediation. The report of the Secretary, D.L.S.A., Nawada has been received vide No. 880 of 2019, dated 24.05.2019 in which he has informed that mediation was successful

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71119 of 2018(6) dt.01-07-2019 2/2 and the petitioner and O.P. No.2 decided to lead their conjugal life to each other.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Nawada in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 22 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
