Advocate - 2, makes a prayer for disposal of the present writ petition so that in view of Clause 8 of the Guidelines for appointment of Anganbari Sevika, the petitioner may file an appropriate complaint before the District Magistrate supported with an affidavit. The prayer is allowed.
