JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-04-2015 After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned A.C. to Govt. Advocate - 2, makes a prayer for disposal of the present writ petition so that in view of Clause 8 of the Guidelines for appointment of Anganbari Sevika, the petitioner may file an appropriate complaint before the District Magistrate supported with an affidavit. The prayer is allowed.

The writ petition stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file complaint alongwith affidavit before the District Magistrate. If such complaint is filed within a period of eight weeks from today, the District Magistrate, East Champaran,
