====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER ------------ 16-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No.279 of 2014 registered under Sections 382, 387, 147, 148, 448. 379 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not been shown as accused in the accused column in the complaint petition, which is the basis of the present F.I.R., rather it is alleged in the complaint petition that he being the broker managed to sanction the house loan of Rs.5,00,000/- from the State Bank of India, Bodh Gaya, in the name of the complainant's father and petitioner is not amongsts

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47146 of 2016 (2) dt.16-12-2016 2/2 the persons, who entered the house of the complainant/informant and looted the ornaments and other households articles from there. Moreover, the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender by him within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Bodh Gaya P.S. Case No.279 of 2014, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
