2. The petitioner is said to be one of the aspirants for the post of Mamta Workers in terms with the advertisement dated 20.02.2024.

3. By invoking the extraordinary writ jurisdiction of this Court, the petitioner seeks a direction upon the respondent no.2, to consider her representation and take appropriate action against the erring official(s) and the candidates, who have indulged in irregularities.

4. Neither the affected persons have been made party respondents nor there is any specific allegation as to what irregularities had taken place; save and except sweeping

Patna High Court CWJC No.10088 of 2025(2) dt.01-07-2025 2/2 allegation of irregularity, there is nothing on record.

5. This Court does not persuade to entertain the writ petition. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed.

6. However, the petitioner may be at liberty to pursue other remedy available under the law.
