JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 452/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

For land dispute, petitioner Jawahar Mandal is alleged to have caused injury at the head which was simple in nature as per injury report. Other injuries are on non-vital part of the body.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Akbarnagar Police

No.61511 of 2017 (2) dt.19-12-2017 2/2 Station Case No. 28 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
