The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Roh P.S. Case No. 118 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 325, 379, 307, 504, and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is said to have assaulted the injured and is in custody since 05.06.2022. The petitioner has clean antecedent.

Considering the above, the application for bail is allowed.
