2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, on 21.01.2020 when the informant was going to Patori region, on his Bolero vehicle, to sell medicine, at about 12:55 AM, near Hanuman Mandir, three miscreants came on car, overtook his Bolero and on the point of gun stopped his vehicle and snatched his mobile, bag containing papers of medicine, money etc. and fled away with his Bolero vehicle loaded with medicines.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and claims clean antecedent.

5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that petitioner along with other co-accused persons looted the informant and name of petitioner transpired during course of investigation.

6. Considering the nature and gravity of accusation, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
