The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 385 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is allegation in the written report that for an altercation with regard to buffalo, the petitioner along with other accused persons assaulted the informant and his brother with lathi and danda Learned A.P.P. has stated that as per the injury report available in the case diary, the doctor has found simple injury on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53410 of 2016 (3) dt.27-01-2017 2/2 the person of the injured. From the injury report it is apparent that there is no repetition of blow.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners above named in the event of surrender within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order, in connection with Barari (Semapur) P.S. Case No. 237 of 2016, shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438
