JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 25-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Khiri More P.S. Case No. 21 of 2016 for the offence under Sections 304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of specific allegation against this petitioner, the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of bail is rejected. However, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of nine months. In the event, the trial is not concluded within the prescribed period and there is no laches on the part of the petitioner, the trial court shall release the petitioner on bail on its own satisfaction.
