Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused by this Court vide order dated 19.4.2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequently victim has been recovered and the victim in her statement recorded under section 164 Cr. P. C. has not taken name of the petitioner. She has stated that she married one Jagjit Singh, whereas her age in the said statement has been given as 18 years. Petitioner is in custody since 3.9.2021. Considering the aforesaid statement of the victim, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
