2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 323, 341, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per F.I.R., on the alleged date and time of occurrence, petitioners are alleged to have brutally assaulted informant and thereafter, made indiscriminate firing on
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47492 of 2024(3) dt.12-09-2024 2/2 informant and others, as a result of which, three persons including informant sustained fire-arm injuries
