2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304 ( B ), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

3 . Earlier, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 06.04.2024. passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16881 of 2024 .

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is husband of the deceased. Charge has been framed u/s- 302 of IPC on 22.12.2023 and till date only 2 witnesses have been examined on behalf of the prosecution . Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since 29.03.2023 . 5 . Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, tardy progress of trial, period of custody, clean antecedent of this petitioner and circumstances of the case , the bail application is allowed . Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge - V Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Rajapakar P. S. Case No. 14 of 2020.
