2. The present modification application has been filed for modification (extension of time) of order dated 10.04.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15276 of 2025.

3. In view of the reason as mentioned in modification petition, the time for surrender of petitioner, namely, Sunil Sahani and furnishing bail bonds granted in terms of order dated 10.04.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15276 of 2025 is extended by two weeks from today.

4. Accordingly, the present modification application is disposed of.
