The petitioners being the brothers, brother's wife and parents of the husband of the complainant are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
The accusation is of torture for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that there is
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1505 of 2016 (2) dt.11-01-2016 general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. The thrust of accusation is against the husband of the informant.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. III, Munger in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 15 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
