JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-05-2016 By way of the present application preferred under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioners seek quashing of the order dated 21.11.2015 passed by the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, whereby cognizance of the offences under Sections 379, 504, 506, 498-A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act has been taken and the petitioners have been summoned to face trial.
