JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-04-2019 This matter has come up under the heading "To be mentioned" at the instance of the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that vide order dated 27.02.2019 petitioners were granted bail by this Court in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 164 of 2018 pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka and four week's time was granted for his surrender, however the said order was uploaded after the lapse of the aforesaid period of four weeks and, as such, petitioners could not surrender within the stipulated time.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75217 of 2018(6) dt.18-04-2019 2/2 It is reported that although the order was pronounced earlier but due to technical error the entry failed and the order remained unpronounced.

In the circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioners prays that the time granted for surrender may be extended by another four weeks.

In such view of the matter, the time granted for surrender of the petitioners is, hereby, extended by four weeks from today.

The order dated 27.02.2019 stands modified to the above extent.
