Petitioner no. 1 is said to have already been arrested and, accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail stands dismissed as having become infructuous.

So far as petitioner nos. 2 and 3 are concerned, they are named in the F.I.R with allegation that they attacked on the police officials while they were discharging official duty. Taking note of aforesaid facts leveled against the petitioner nos. 2 and 3 as well as submission of the parties, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of bail to the petitioner nos. 2 and 3 and, hence, their prayer for bail in connection with Sasaram

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45089 of 2016 (2) dt.19-12-2016 2/2 ( M ) P.S.Case No. 736 of 2016, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram stands rejected. However, this order shall not cause any prejudice to the concerned court at the time of consideration of regular bail application of the petitioner nos. 2 and 3.
