Sri Sanjay Pandey, learned counsel for the Respondent/Bihar Public Service Commission submits that of course in the present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for re-evaluation of marks obtained by the petitioner in an examination of Child Development Project Officer Competitive Examination 2005, the writ petition is fit to be rejected in view of the fact that though the petitioner qualified in the P.T. Exam and Main Examination, she could not succeed finally after interview. He submits that there is no provision for such re-evaluation. Be that as it may, since none has appeared on
