2. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition for commanding the respondent's to promote the petitioner from Class IV to Class III employee in the light of letter No-1971 dated 13.08.2012 as contain Annexure-'1' to this writ petition.

3. In this case counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondents. In Para 9 it is stated that the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Gopalganj vide letter no. 2648 dated 10.07.2024 has directed the Headmaster of

Patna High Court CWJC No.10199 of 2023(2) dt.05-12-2024 2/2 Government/Project (Girls) School to submit details in prescribed format so that steps will be taken for grant of promotion from Class IV to Class III.

4. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of this case, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent authorities to take a final decision in this regard and if the petitioner is found entitled for promotion the same must be granted as early as possible.
