JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 02-09-2021 Heard Mr. Anjani Kumar Sinha No. 1, learned counsel for the petitioner, Dr. Anand Kumar, learned counsel for the Patliputra University and Mr. Pramod Kumar, learned A.C. to Standing Counsel - 16 for the State through video conferencing. The present writ application has been filed for a direction to the respondent - Patliputra University to pay post retiral dues of the petitioner including group insurance. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of this writ application other retiral dues has already been paid to the petitioner except group insurance for which

Patna High Court CWJC No.2265 of 2021(3) dt.02-09-2021 2/2 learned counsel proposes to file representation before the Registrar, Patliputra University.

In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation raising claim regarding group insurance before the Registrar, Patliputra University / Respondent No. 4 within a period of three weeks' from today and if such representation is filed, the Respondent No.- 4 i.e. Registrar, Patliputra University is directed to dispose the same in accordance with law by a reasoned order within a further period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.

Needless to say that if any amount is found payable to the petitioner towards group insurance, the same shall be paid to him within a period of one month from the date of disposal of the representation.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application is disposed of.
