JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 18-02-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Aurangabad Muffasil P.S. Case No. 105 of 2020 instituted for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that one identified person has committed robbery by using firearm and the petitioner is required for custodial interrogation for identification, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This application is dismissed.
