It is submitted by the petitioner's counsel that in respect of petitioner no. 1 this Court vide order dated 07.07.2011 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 3310 of 2011 has already considered the matter and issued a direction. He seeks liberty to withdraw the writ petition so far as petitioner no. 1 is concerned so as to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law.

It is further submitted that the claim of the petitioners no. 2 and 3 has to be considered by the respondent no. 3, the Director, Jan Shiksha, Department of Human Resources Development. He submits that he would be raising his claim before the respondent no. 3 for regularization.
This Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the submission would dispose off the writ petition with liberty as prayed for. If such an application is filed within four weeks, final decision on their claim would be taken within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
Writ petition is disposed off.
