The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kanhauli P.S. Case No. 125 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 272/273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The allegation is regarding recovery of 25.500 Nepali saufi illicit liquor from the cycle of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has a clean antecedent and he is in custody since 7.11.2017.

Considering the nature of accusation, the period of

II cum Special Judge (Excise), Sitamarhi in connection with Kanhauli P.S. Case No. 125 of 2017.
