2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Siwaipatti P.S. Case No. 170 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, One Subodh Kumar and three unknown persons killed the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 06.042023, he is quite innocent and has not committed any offence.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. During investigation, materials have come to

7. Considering the above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

8. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

9. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.
