The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Madhowrah P.S. Case No. 155 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 395 and 397of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant has alleged that while carrying cash money on cash vehicle from LIC to the Bank 3-4 unknown miscreants surrounded the vehicle and dismantled the glass of vehicle and took away cash and rifle of guard from the vehicle. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the name of petitioner has transpired in this case on the basis of self confession, except self confession made by the petitioner there is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55930 of 2017 (3) dt.11-01-2018 2/2 no any other incriminating materials against the petitioner. It has further been submitted that petitioner has been implicated in this case on the basis of self confession and suspicion only. It has further been submitted that petitioner is in custody since 27.05.2017. Charge sheet has already been submitted against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Madhowrah P.S.
