2. State counsel accepts notice for the Respondents.

3. Counsel for the petitioner is hereby directed to furnish hard copy of the writ petition to learned counsel for the Respondents/State.

4. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:

"(i) For issuance of any appropriate writ or writs, rule or direction especially the nature of certiorari, quashing

Patna High Court CWJC No.2292 of 2021 dt.27-01-2022 2/2 the memo no. 397 dated 19.03.2018 issued under the signature of Deputy Development Commissioner, Khagaria whereby and where under contractual appointment on the post of Rural Residence Assistant of the petitioner has been cancelled without considering the show cause reply filed by the petitioner as well as factum and genesis of the case. (ii) For issuance of any appropriate writ or writs, rule or direction especially in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondent to continue the petitioner on his post and allow to work as per the guidelines issued earlier. (iii) For issuance of any appropriate writ or writs, order orders, Rule or direction as your lordship may deem fit and proper to the facts and circumstances of the case as well as for which the petitioner may be found entitled there too."

5. The petitioner has already invoked remedy of appeal before the Appellate Authority namely Respondent No. 2, The District Magistrate, Khagaria.

6. The 2nd Respondent is hereby directed to examine the petitioner's grievance and redress the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order while passing a speaking order and also while giving ample opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
