2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 45 liters of foreign liquor was recovered from the vehicle of the petitioner. Petitioner is registered owner of the vehicle in question.

4. Considering the fact that petitioner is registered owner of the vehicle, he cannot escape liability for the same. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
