The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kotwali P.S.Case No. 180 of 2013 registered under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that the First Information Report has been instituted pursuant to an order passed by this Court directing the Registrar General to institute FIR against the petitioner for obtaining an order of bail by playing fraud upon the Court in a case registered under Section 302 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act in which his prayer for bail was earlier rejected, I am not inclined to grant him
