The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable u/s 498(A) of the IPC. 3.

The F.I.R. has been lodged by the complainant alleging that the petitioner along with other accused persons tortured her over dowry demand.

At the very outset, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the parties have compromised the matter. 5.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, since the parties have compromised the case, let the above
