JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-06-2020 The present petition has been taken up for consideration through the mode of Video conferencing in view of the prevailing situation on account of COVID 19 Pandemic, requiring social distancing.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Awadhesh Prasad Sinha, learned counsel appearing for the Jai Prakash University, Chapra and the learned counsel for the State. At the outset, the learned counsel for the University submits that the entire retiral dues of the petitioner has been paid including arrears thereof on the basis of 6th & 7th pay scale.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the aforesaid position, as existing on facts and submits that it appears that most of the grievances of the petitioner has been fulfilled, however, he seeks liberty to agitate the subsisting grievances, if any, before the concerned authorities. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid liberty, so sought by the petitioner. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) S.Sb/- U
