JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-08-2017 The petitioners in the present writ application have sought for direction to the respondent authorities to treat the petitioners as the trained teachers, who have passed the examination of physical trained teacher and T.E.T. exam and further be direct the respondent authorities to accept their applications and include them in the merit list of trained teachers in teacher employment 2012.
The petitioners are directed to make a representation before the District Education Officer, West Champaran, within a period of 30 days, which shall be considered and an order in accordance with law shall be passed within a period of six months
Patna High Court CWJC No.17621 of 2012 (4) dt.28-08-2017 2/2 from the date of filing of such representation. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
