The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 367 of 2015 registered under Sections 302, 120B read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Regard being had to the gravity of the offence and the fact that there is allegation against the petitioner that he along with others fired upon Abinash Kumar causing several bullet injuries to him, as a result of which, he died, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. Accordingly,
