Informant Usman Khan has put an allegation against the petitioner to have enticed away his daughter, Gulshan Khatoon aged about 12 years. Gulshan Khatoon has been traced out and her statement under Section 164 CrPC has been recorded whereunder she had disowned the incident of kidnapping.

Accordingly, Anish Khan is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District & Sessions Judge1st-Cum-Special Judge, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Kangali PS Case No. 43/2017.
