The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Garkha P.S. Case no. 238 of 2018, registered under Sections 341, 323, 498(A), 406 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner and O.P. No.2 submits that on the joint prayer of the parties the matter was referred to Mediation Centre, Patna High Court, Patna for settlement of the dispute in between the parties, where they settled their dispute and decided to lead their conjugal life, which would appear from the Memorandum of Agreement dated 21.06.2019, which is the part of Mediator's report dated 27.06.2019.

Case No. 238 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438
