JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 10-01-2018 Heard counsel for the petitioner and the State. This is a case registered under Section 392 of Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation of snatching the vehicle (Bolero) is attributed to some other persons and his name has been roped in this case on confession of co-accused Adha Kewat. Charge sheet has already been submitted and the petitioner is in jail custody since 16.6.2017. co-accused Sunil Yadav has also been allowed bail vide order dated 13.12.2017, passed in Cr.Misc.No. 57913 of 2017. In the facts and circumstances of the case as also in view of the custody of the petitioner, his prayer for bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate II, Bagaha in Naurangiya Police Station Case No. 04 of 2016 on the following conditions:- (a) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the
