====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-09-2019 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Doriganj P.S. Case No. 29 of 2019, dated 14.02.2019, instituted for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that the petitioner has not been named in the F.I.R., but has been named by one Sonu Kumar who is said to have been arrested along with the stolen vehicle/truck. The petitioner is a professional driver and the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45025 of 2019(3) dt.13-09-2019 2/2 earlier cases lodged against him are all on the basis of suspicion and, therefore, he is on bail in all such cases, reference of which has been made in paragraph 3 of the bail application.

Regard being had to the nature of accusation of the petitioner in the present case and his period of custody which is from 12.04.2019 and also the fact that the person who has been caught with the stolen vehicle/truck has been granted bail, the petitioner/Chandan Singh @ Chandan Kumar Dubey @ Prakash Dubey @ Chandan Kumar Singh @ Prakash Kumar Dubey is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Doriganj P.S. Case No. 29 of 2019.

The application stands allowed.
