3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that petitioner seeks to file a detailed representation for redressal of his grievance before the concerned respondent

Patna High Court CWJC No.10755 of 2023 dt.30-10-2023 2/2 in light of the law laid down by the Apex Court in the case of Uday Pratap Thakur and another Versus the State of Bihar and others along with other analogous matters, passed on 28.04.2023, reported in 2023 LiveLaw (SC) 371.

4. Considering the aforesaid specific submission made on behalf of petitioner, the concerned respondent is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner in light of the law laid down by the Apex Court in the case of Uday Pratap Thakur (supra), within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of such representation by the petitioner.

5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
