The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Nautan Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 255 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 379, 295A, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and section 11(i)(l) of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animal Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused person namely, Pir Mohammad Mian has already been allowed bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 42385 of 2017 on 20.09.2017.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54269 of 2017 (2) dt.15-12-2017 2/2 Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-VI, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Nautan Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 255 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
