This is a case registered under Sections 363,365,367/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner claims parity with co-accused Md. Jawed who has been allowed bail in Cr. Misc. No. 54009 of 2017. He submits that he is similarly situated as the said Md. Jawed. Further submission is that specific allegation of abducting the informant's daughter has been levelled against one Nargis Begam. FIR has been lodged after delay of 6 days. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is in jail custody since 25.08.2017. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. No.63505 of 2017 (3) dt.17-02-2018 2/2 released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Aurangabad (T) P.S. Case No. 214 of 2017 subject to the conditions :

(i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the Petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the Petitioner. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the Petitioner.

(ii) That the Petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.
