The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No. 45 of 2015 registered under Sections 147,148,149,325,326,307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the fact that it is a case of multiple murder in which there is specific allegation against the petitioner that he assaulted with garasa on the leg of the informant's devar, namely, Satish Sharma, who succumbed to the injuries, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail.
