JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-04-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 350 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 307, 498(A), 324, 313/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Case is under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Both the parties have appeared in this case and on their appearance, the matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation Center vide order dated 11.12.2018 and now the report of the Mediator is available, which shows that the dispute between the parties has been resolved as per the terms of agreement, which is annexed with the report and now they are residing together. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that

Heard learned A.P.P. as well as learned counsel for the informant also.
Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order and on surrender, he will be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of court concerned with the condition that if the petitioner violates any terms of agreement made between the parties before the Mediator, the opposite party no.2 shall be at liberty to move for cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner before the court below itself. Let a copy of the Mediator's report along with the memorandum of agreement be sent to the court concerned. (Vinod Kumar Sinha, J) Amjad/- U T
