2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per F.I.R., 1 liter of country-made liquor has been recovered from the seized motorcycle.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of petitioners and have been implicated in this case due to enmity. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that the vehicle in question was used for transportation of illicit liquor by the driver without the knowledge and consent of the petitioners.Petitioners claim clean

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the quantity and the clean antecedent of the petitioners, let the above named petitioners, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge cum Exclusive Special Excise, Judge-II, Araria, in connection with Palasi P.S.
