====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 14-12-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is a woman and the informant alleges that her daughter was married to Munna Ram five years ago. After marriage, the accused persons including the petitioner were demanding cash and motorcycle. It is alleged that on 01.04.2022, it was informed to the informant's son that the victim had been killed. Accordingly, alleges that based on suspicion that the accused persons including the petitioner killed her daughter.

It is next submitted that allegation of demand, torture and assault is general and omnibus in nature. It is also submitted that the allegation hinges around suspicion and the husband of the deceased is in custody since 05.09.2022.

Learned A.P.P. opposes the bail application.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner, above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on bail on her furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Ram Nagar P. S. Case No.132 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

The application stands allowed.
